*** Update - Mr. Talley was sighted Sunday morning near Sweet Creek wearing the same clothes seen in the photos below from Friday*** The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating John Richard Talley. Mr. Talley is a 55 year old white male with white hair and brown eyes and may be living with a condition that may impair his judgement. He was last seen on May 3, 2024, at approximately 8:00 am wearing khaki shorts, a brown shirt, a brown hat and black tennis shoes and a black backpack in the area of US Hwy 231 and Hwy 94 near Ramer. If anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts of John Richard Talley, please contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at (334) 832-4980 or call 911.
