The Mobile Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating Tamorah Seltzer and Kelvin Dees. Tamorah Seltzer is a 15-year-old black female. Kelvin Dees is a 3-year-old black male. They were last seen on April 3, 2025, at approximately 5:55 pm. Tamorah Seltzer was wearing a light blue Champion shirt and Kelvin Dees was wearing a dark blue Nike shirt, dark blue pants and black Crocs shoes in the area of Highland Avenue in Mobile, Alabama.
