The Winston County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating Joshua Chester Flanagin. Mr. Flanagin is a 36 year old white male and may be living with a condition that may impair his judgement. He was last seen on June 6, 2023, at approximately 3:30pm wearing a teal T-shirt and blue jeans in the area of Hwy 195 and County Road 6 in Double Springs, AL.
