The Scottsboro Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating James Anthony Jenkins. Mr. Jenkins is a 73 year old black male and may be living with a condition that may impair his judgment. He was last seen on May 13, 2025, at approximately 5:00 pm wearing a blue short sleeved t-shirt with red sweatpants with white stripes and black tennis shoes, walking near Lemon Street in Scottsboro.
